What makes the Wigglebutts experience special for my dog?
Wigglebutts is the only salon in the surrounding areas that offers a true one-on-one experience. It is just myself and your pup(s) in the salon during their entire appointment time, no other groomers or other dogs to worry about. Your pups service is fast and you are able to pick them up straight away. We do not utilize kennels unless absolutely necessary. I always prioritize your dogs' safety over everything. Your pup will receive a quality haircut and leave happy!
How long does the grooming take?
A small dog in good condition should take about 1 hr and 15 mins. Small doodles can take up to 1.5 hours. Large dogs in good condition take about 2-2.5 hours.
In order for every dog to have a one-on-one experience, we need the full cooperation of all pawrents to pickup their pups in a timely manner. We will provide you with an estimated pickup time at the point of drop-off and will provide a courtesy text 10-15 minutes before your dog is ready. We encourage you to plan accordingly. Failure to pickup on time may affect other appointments and result in an additional charge.

Can I arrive for my appointment early?
Unless you have spoken with Jenna, please do not arrive early. Please arrive at your designated appointment time. At the time of booking you should receive a text to confirm the day/time. You will also receive a reminder text the day prior to your appointment. Again, this is to ensure every dog has a positive, one-on-one experience in the salon.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. I am very understanding. However, if you no show your appointment with no notice, there will be a $25 fee if you would like to rebook with me.
What is required to book an appointment?
A valid rabies vaccination is required for booking. If booking online, you may upload a picture. You may also text a picture to me or bring it the day of your appointment. We do accept waivers from your vet.
Do you groom cats?
Not at this time.
Do you groom aggressive/reactive dogs?
Wigglebutts is a safe space for reactive dogs as they will be the only one in the salon.
Due to recent events I am no longer grooming aggressive dogs. This includes dog aggression. Thank you for your understanding.
